Monarch butterflies are in decline due to drought, removal of milkweed by gardeners and farmers, and the increased use of pesticides. By planting the right milkweed and nectar plants in your yard, school or property, you can provide the right habitat for monarchs to lay their eggs and the right milkweed for their young on which to feed.
