What type of BUTTERFLIES are you trying to attract?
Anything and everything is welcome! Most of the beds are in direct sun, and the apiary is in the back where it’s shady, so we have all kinds of pollinators and we love them all.
What NECTAR and HOST plants are in your garden?
the contents of the beds vary, but there is usually at least one bed of flowers and lots of other vegetable and flowering plants. The edges of the plot have a great deal of rosemary and honeysuckle, too.
