Rosalynn Smith Carter Childhood Garden
The Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail is in the initial planning stage of creating a butterfly garden located on 215 South Bond Street in Plains, Georgia. We are working with a landscape architect to incorporate beautiful flowers and plants common in the 1930s for this garden. A preliminary drawing will be presented to Rosalynn Carter for her 94th birthday. Once we finalize the plan, work with begin. The garden and hardscape features will be added as funds are raised. Tax deductible donations can be made online thought this website or mailed to Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail, PO Box 10, Plains, Georgia 31780.
