What type of BUTTERFLIES are you trying to attract?

I started with Monarchs and raise them from a condo lanai and patio. I’ve since attracted Queen butterflies. I have Milkweed in containers with Pintas and Salvias in the ground. When I discover caterpillars they’re raised in a net cage on our screened lanai.

What NECTAR and HOST plants are in your garden?

Milkweed and Tropical Milkweed when necessary. I also have native milkweed which is a much smaller plant. I’ve planted five Pintas and three Pintas. Also, Zinnias in pots but they’re not as heat tolerant.
